Disappointing first game of the series. We’re sticking with the script.
Cubs, despite striking out a dozen times, hit the ball well against a really tough pitcher and got Miller to throw the most pitches all season.
We will be looking for the big bounce back today. Bauer is an interesting matchup for Arrieta considering he’s coming off that short ended outing with the cut from the drone gushing blood. I’m pretty confident in the Cubs to bounce back.
